'Laugh-think' Slogan Ushers In May Drama

Laugh now, think later - and you will."

With this catch-line, F J C Theatre Arts Department announced it's next production, "Red Eye of Love." Arnold Weinstein's comedy is scheduled for a six day run in the Campus Theatre May 15, 16, 17 and 22, 23, 24.

Rehearsal for the 26-member cast, under the direction of Cosmo Inserra, began after Easter vacation a 11 o w i n g five-and-a-half weeks until opening night.

"It's a spoof on America," Mr. Inserra said. "It has fun with the American way of doing things without destroying it. It gives us a chance to laugh at just about every area of our lives. The people in the play, though, take themselves very seriously."

Playing leading roles are Ron Coffman as Wilmer, Beckie VillaIvazo as Selma, Bill Vorderber as 0. 0. Martinas, Steve Shaw as the first policeman and Mike Ludwig as the second policeman.
