The Directing for Theatre, Film and Television Certificate is designed to prepare the student for entry-level technical production and directing competency in the field of Theatre, Film and Television leading to specific areas of employment in theatre, film, television, theme parks, cruise ships and education. Related career opportunities include, but are not limited to, directing for stage, dramaturgy, theatre for young audiences, independent shorts and features, music videos, multi-camera television, single camera television and film, animation, documentary theatre and film. This certificate requires a total of 21-29 units. A grade of C or better is required in each course taken.
