'Miranda' Opens Tonight At 8 in Campus Little Theater

"Miranda" opens tonight in the Little Theater at 8 p.m. under the direction of George Archambeault, George Stoughton and student director, Kathy Silvia.

A comedy farce by Peter Blackmore, the play involves a London doctor and a patient that returns with him from his annual fishing trip.

The cast includes Marlene Schoner as Betty, Kathie Miller as Isobel, Terry Lamb as Paul, Raymond Valencia as Charles, Sandy Mann as Miranda, Mary Knaus as Nurse Cary and Emil Roberts as Nigel.

The set design was devised by Trina Portillo and constructed by stage hands as well as actors. Most of the costumes have been made by the actors themselves.

The production will be shown tonight as well as March 14, 19, 20 and 21. Tickets may be obtained from the dean's office, drama office or members of the drama department free.
