About the event
A mother from New Jersey roams the hills of Lockerbie, Scotland, hoping to find any remembrances of her son who perished seven years ago in the bombing of Pan Am Flight 103. She meets the Women of Lockerbie, who have been fighting the U. S. government to obtain permission to gather remnants of the crash so they may wash and return clothing to the grieving families of the victims. Penned in the style of Greek tragedy and inspired by a true story, The Women of Lockerbie is a poetic drama and testament to empathy, dedication and the triumph of love over hate. This production will be performed without an intermission.
