Creation comes to life
— Fullerton College Hornet - Taylor Wright - Monday, February 12th, 1996"Frankenstein", based on a novel by Mary. Shelley, will be Fullerton College's Theatre Arts Department's. first production of the season. Gripping readers for centuries, "Frankenstein" is a classic tale which contains ideas of the creation of life, man playing God, and a creature who discovers his emotions.
Auditions for "Frankenstein" were held on Jan. 24 and 25. The main characters are Justine, a young maidservant adopted by the Frankenstein family; Elizabeth, Frankenstein's adopted "sister" and eventually his wife Frankenstein, a sane scientist who is interested in nature and in being. a benefactor to mankind and The Creature, who is confused but illuminated by his intelligence.
Justine will be played by Jennifer Gordon and Lisa McManus, and' the role of Elizabeth will be played by Kelly Hardy and Tara Lyn Brown. The male leads will be Steve Biggs and Aron Martinez as Frankenstein and Edward Judge and Len Shilz as The Creature.
