Assistant Stage Management Certificate
PROGRAM CODE: 2C42927
The Assistant Stage Management Certificate is designed to prepare the student for occupational competency as an Assistant Stage Manager in educational, community, and resident theatre venues as well as a theme park, television, and motion picture studios. This certificate program requires a total of 19.5-24.5 units in required courses and provides the foundation for the Stage Management Certificate. At least one-half of the units toward the certificate must be completed at Fullerton College. All courses must be completed with a grade of C or better.

OUTCOME 1: Generate a prompt book to be utilized in a theatrical event.
OUTCOME 2: Compose and maintain various production paperwork to communicate the preparation, maintenance, and striking of a live production.
OUTCOME 3: Recognize and distinguish the production requirements of a theatrical event for the purpose of creating requirement sheets, schedules, budgets, and predicting event challenges.
OUTCOME 4: Distinguish and apply general theatre terminology in order to communicate effectively within the entertainment industry.
